Off-duty pilot saves Southwest flight

After one of the on-duty aircraft developed a health issue mid-flight, an off duty captain who was traveling with Southwest Airlines stepped for to assist the flight crew.

The airline stated that while it is customary for our flight crew to ask for assistance from traveling health personnel during in-flight health occasions involving customers, this particular situation just so happened to include one of our employees.
