Foster also evaded police when they raided a property last week. Investigators don’t think that he operated on his own, but rather believe that someone helped him get away.

In 2021, he pleaded guilty battery and domestic violence. He kept his girlfriend in prison for several weeks while he pleaded guilty to domestic violence and battery in 2021. Warren Hensman, Grants Pass Police Chief, stated last week that it is “extremely troubling” Foster ended up being chased down in Oregon, rather than staying in Nevada prison.
