Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the NCAA on Sunday because it allows transgender athletes to compete.

Paxton alleged that transgender athletes violate the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act in marketing female sports when biological men are allowed to compete.
