The Middletown Township Police Department reported that he was accused of murdering his father, whose name is Michael Mohn. Michael‍ was believed ⁤to have been 68-years-old.

A police complaint cited a YouTube video that was ⁢titled “Mohn’s Militia – Call To Arms For American Patriots,” in which Justin ⁣is‌ seen holding his father’s⁢ head in a plastic bag while wearing gloves. The head appears in a cooking⁣ pot later on.

In the video, Justin said that his father worked for‌ the⁢ federal government for⁤ 20 years. He also called for ⁣the execution of all⁢ federal employees and criticized the⁢ administration ‌of President ⁣Joe Biden, the Black‍ Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community, and Antifa activists.

According to ⁤a ‌statement provided by a⁢ YouTube spokesperson, the video was deleted due to its “strict policies prohibiting graphic violence and violent extremism.”

YouTube censoring teams are now keeping an eye⁢ on Justin’s deactivated⁢ YouTube ‍channel in order to see if “any⁣ other accounts are re-uploading the video.”

“The video was ⁣removed ‌for violating our graphic violence policy ⁢and ‌Justin Mohn’s channel was terminated in line ‌with our violent extremism policies. Our teams are closely tracking to remove any re-uploads of the video,” the statement read.

Michael’s body was discovered by police in the first-floor restroom of‌ the family’s house, covered in a pool of blood. According ‌to police, his head had been cut off from his body and was discovered inside a cooking ‍pot in⁣ a bedroom next to the restroom.

At 2:00 ‌p.m. on Tuesday, when both men ⁤were at ⁢home, Denice, Justin’s mother, left the house to run errands.

Denice told officers ⁤that ‌upon her return on Tuesday night, both her ⁤son and her husband’s Toyota ‍Corolla⁢ were gone. However, ‍she saw blood ⁤on the‍ floor and then quickly called authorities out of fear. Police‍ quickly responded ⁢to the call.

According to the Bucks County District Attorney’s⁣ office, Justin ⁤had ‌fled in his father’s vehicle, was later found, and ⁢then taken into custody a few hours after.
