Pennsylvania GOP counters Dems’ early voting move with ‘Bank Your Vote’ campaign.
To counter the Democrats’ early and mail-in voting strategy, Republicans have launched the engaging “Pennsylvania Bank Your Vote” campaign. This initiative aims to boost Republican voter turnout before Election Day.
RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel emphasized the importance of Pennsylvania in this nationwide effort, stating, “We are leveraging the full infrastructure of the Republican Party to educate and activate our voters.”
The Pennsylvania-specific campaign is part of the RNC’s broader “Bank Your Vote” campaign, which encourages Republicans to utilize early voting laws to compete with the Democrats’ election machine. While Democrats focus on unsupervised mail-in balloting, Republicans historically prefer in-person voting on Election Day.

Pennsylvania GOP Chair Lawrence Tabas stressed the significance of this initiative, which involves collaboration between the RNC, state, and county parties, in determining the outcome of the remaining 2023 elections in the commonwealth. These elections include races for a Pennsylvania Supreme Court seat, a Commonwealth Court seat, and two Superior Court seats.
“Bank Your Vote and our mail-in ballot program in Pennsylvania will be crucial for electing our candidates in 2023,” Tabas affirmed. “Now is the time to get involved if you’re sitting on the sidelines.”
In addition to the Bank Your Vote campaign, the RNC will continue its successful poll observer program from the 2022 midterms. During those elections, Republicans filled over 5,000 poll watcher shifts and more than 600 election jobs and inspector shifts in Pennsylvania.
The press conference announcing the campaign was attended by Dave McCormick, a GOP candidate for Pennsylvania’s 2024 U.S. Senate race, and Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity.
