Pornhub worker uncovers loophole exploited by traffickers, rapists for profit.
Undercover Video Exposes Pornhub’s Dark Secret: A Haven for Criminals
In a shocking new video captured by an undercover investigator, a Pornhub employee has made a startling admission - the popular adult website is being exploited by human traffickers and rapists to profit from their heinous crimes.
Unlike other platforms, Pornhub allows users to directly upload their own explicit content without verifying the identities of the individuals involved. This dangerous loophole enables rapists, human traffickers, and even providers of child pornography to freely share illegal videos.
Mike Farley, a product manager at MindGeek, the parent company of Pornhub, candidly referred to this policy as a “loophole” in the undercover video. When asked about who takes advantage of this loophole, Farley didn’t hold back, stating that ”everyone” does, including rapists and human traffickers.

Farley himself recognizes the ethical sinkhole created by this loophole, stating that content should not be allowed on the platform if the individuals involved cannot be identified.
However, Farley reveals that company executives prioritize profit margins over compliance. Concerns raised by him and other employees regarding the ID verification issues were simply dismissed.
If Pornhub were to close this loophole, Farley claims they would suffer significant financial losses, which is why they choose to turn a blind eye.
Furthermore, Farley discloses that the company cooperates with authorities as little as possible, stating that they are not obligated to assist in regulation.
When questioned about the government’s response to the loophole, Farley dismissively remarks that they won’t take any action.
Pornhub, a globally popular website, has faced increasing scrutiny in recent years. Major credit card companies, such as Visa and Mastercard, have even banned payments to the platform due to allegations of monetizing child rapes and other crimes.
In a damning ruling, a judge found Visa complicit in MindGeek’s monetization of child pornography.
Pornhub has also chosen to block access to users in certain states rather than comply with new child safety laws requiring age verification.
