Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney is investigating Trump’s role in the company’s $130,000 hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels. Trump demanded protests against the looming indictment.

New York police officials are being reported to have made security arrangements for an eventual indictment. According to reports, the 45th President will face criminal charges for allegedly paying a hush-payment Michael Cohen, Trump’s ex-attorney, $130,000 to Stormy Danis, an adult actress. Daniels received $130,000 from Cohen, according to reports. According to reports, Trump is likely to be charged with overseeing the falsification of Cohen’s reimbursement in his company records.

Trump’s campaign vigorously defended his innocence and has maintained it. Steven Cheung, Trump’s campaign spokesperson, denied the allegations and said that Trump is indeed innocent. “completely innocent.”

“President Donald J. Trump is completely innocent,” According to the statement. “He did nothing wrong, and even the biggest, most Radical Left Democrats are making that clear.”

Many lawmakers, news media outlets, and legal experts are questioning this possible indictment. Kevin McCarthy, House Speaker (R-Calif.), called the indictment possible “an outrageous abuse of power by a radical DA.”

Matt Gaetz, a Republican from Florida, called the situation “an absurd abuse of the criminal process in our politics.”

Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter stated that Trump could be arrested and win the 2024 presidential election in a “landslide.”

The New York Post reported in the past that Bragg had been funded by George Soros as a mega-donor left-winger. Bragg has downgraded 52% felony charges to misdemeanors, since he assumed office in January 2022.

Trump campaign spokeswoman Liz Harrington criticized Bragg, and the possibility of an indictment. “only failing third world nations try to arrest the political opposition on phony charges.”

Trump is the odds-on favorite for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024. His first rally will be held Saturday, March 25, in Waco Texas.
