Putin to His Military: Stop the Ukrainian Shelling of Russian Regions

February 1, (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin stated Wednesday that Russia must end the bombardment of Russian territories from Ukrainian territory. He said this had caused many people to become homeless and without power.
Putin spoke at a meeting on restoring infrastructure and housing in the regions of southwest Russia, bordering Ukraine.
