The heartbreaking news was shared by Ray Lewis III’s brother, Rahsaan, through Instagram Stories, which disappear after 24 hours. Rahsaan expressed his disbelief and grief, writing, “Really can’t believe I’m even typing this but RIP big brother. A true angel I pray [you’re] at peace now because [I know] how much you [were really] hurtin. I don’t and won’t ever have the words man cuz this pain right here… I love you I love you I love you.”
Rahsaan also mentioned his own daughter, promising to keep Ray Lewis III’s memory alive for her. He said, “Your niece gone miss you but she will hear about u over and over just watch over us all big bruh be our guardian I promise I’ll make you smile and proud.”
While Ray Lewis III may not have achieved the same level of fame as his father, he made a significant impact in the world of football. He initially signed with the University of Miami but later transferred to Coastal Carolina and then to Division II Virginia Union. Diego Ryland, the associate head football coach at Virginia Union, described him as a “great young man and a better teammate.”
