Reality TV Couple Todd And Julie Chrisley Talk Making Mistakes And Having Faith In Judicial System After Starting Prison Sentences
After being sent to prison, both Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley discussed making mistakes and having faith that the justice system would protect them.
Podcast released Wednesday, titled “Chrisley Confessions” That was before the “Chrisley Knows Best” couple They said that they believed their sentences would be appealed and they reported being sentenced to Florida prisons.
They were sentenced to 19 year imprisonment in November after they were convicted for multimillion-dollar bank frauds and tax evasion. People noted. They were both also required to serve an additional 16-month probation after their release.
“The world thinks they know everything that’s going on in our life,” Todd, 54 years old, shared. “During this podcast, at this moment that I say this, there are so many more people that are facing far worse than what we’re facing. And I think that that’s why I’m in a better place with it.”

“I know that this is not my final destination,” He added. “I know that this may be my future for a minute, but I also have faith that the judicial system is going to turn it around.”
“I also have faith that the appellate court is going to see this for what it is…. We’ve intentionally not talked about the case because we’ve been asked not to,” Todd continued. “We’re gonna let our attorneys do the speaking on that.”
Julie, his wife of 50 years, shared her story with listeners earlier in the show. “I don’t set out to ever do the wrong thing. Do I do the wrong thing sometimes? We all make mistakes.”
“I don’t set out to do the wrong thing,” Todd answered. “But I do wrong things.”
Todd stated that you “just have to hope and pray to God that when one division of the judicial system fails, that the next level, which is the appellate court, sees the mistakes and tries to correct those mistakes,” Fox News noted.
His wife thanked his fans for their support. “outpouring of support” They received.
“I can’t even tell you what it’s done…,” Julie explained. “The fact that you are praying and praying specifically, we appreciate that and we don’t take it lightly.”
Todd was sent to Federal Prison Camp Pensacola to begin his 12-year sentence. Julie was also sent to Federal Correctional Institution, Federal Prison Camp Marianna and began her seven-year sentence.
The two were convicted last January of conspiracy to bank fraud, bankfraud, tax fraud and conspiracy to defraud America. Julie was also convicted for wire fraud and obstruction.
