Rep. Greg Steube files impeachment articles against President Joe Biden.

A Florida Congressman Takes Action: Introducing Impeachment Articles Against President Joe Biden

Breaking news: Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) has made a bold move by becoming the ⁣first member of his Republican party colleagues to kickstart the ⁣impeachment process against President Joe Biden. This development comes ⁣as several ‌other congressional committees are diligently building their cases to remove Biden as the country’s head of state.

Impeachment Articles ‍Filed: Allegations of Complicity in Son’s Alleged Crimes

In a stunning move, Rep. Steube has filed articles of impeachment against President Biden. These articles charge the⁤ president with complicity in his son Hunter Biden’s alleged crimes, accusing him ‌of aiding⁤ in shielding his son ⁤from prosecution.

“It’s⁤ long past ⁤time to impeach Joe Biden,” Steube declared. “He ‌has ‍undermined the integrity of his ⁤office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted ‍in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens.”

Steube’s four articles of impeachment accuse President Biden⁣ of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Legislation to Shed Light ⁣on White⁣ House Substance Abuse

Simultaneously, Rep. Steube has introduced legislation that⁤ requires the head⁣ of the Secret Service to file reports on any illegal use of controlled substances within the White House. This legislation follows the Secret Service’s investigation into the discovery of cocaine at the White House in July, which did not identify any person of interest. Steube has‍ aptly named this legislation the “Helping Understand Narcotics Traces at the⁢ Executive Residence (HUNTER) Act.”

Allegations of Abuse of ‍Power and ‍Family Business Dealings

Rep. Steube alleges that President‌ Biden ⁢abused his powers by accepting bribes, committing Hobbs‌ Act extortion,⁣ and engaging in honest services fraud during his time in office. These claims stem⁢ from Biden’s alleged involvement in his family’s business dealings, including those of his son Hunter and his‌ brother James‍ Biden. According to Steube, this was part ⁤of a plan to gain access to the then-Vice President Biden from 2009 to 2017, exchanging “payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners.”

In a memo released by House Oversight Committee Chairman ‍Rep. James Comer (R-KY), it is claimed that foreign payments to the Biden family exceeded $20 million. However, Democrats argue that there is zero evidence to support the allegations of the president accepting payments or engaging⁤ in ⁣misconduct.

Obstruction of Justice ⁤and Allegations‌ of Fraud

The second article⁤ of impeachment accuses President Biden of obstructing justice, citing IRS whistleblower testimony that claims members of‌ the Biden campaign colluded with Justice Department⁢ officials⁤ to interfere with investigations⁤ into tax crimes allegedly committed by⁤ Hunter Biden.

Rep. ⁢Steube concludes, “The evidence continues to⁣ mount by the day⁣ – the Biden Crime ⁤Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud.‌ Joe Biden must not⁢ be allowed to continue ⁤to sit in the White House, selling out our country.”

The Justice Department, along with special counsel David Weiss, the U.S. attorney appointed to oversee the Hunter Biden‌ inquiry, have denied any interference⁢ by ⁤the Biden administration in Weiss’ investigation.

Allegations⁤ of Fraud and Financing Illegal Activities

The third ⁤and fourth articles‍ of impeachment allege that President Biden committed “fraud” and financed Hunter’s illegal drug and‍ other illicit⁤ activities.
