Milwaukee County DA Ignored 354 Possible Illegal Voting Cases: Report
Milwaukee County’s Democrat District Attorney Refuses to Investigate Potential Cases of Illegal Voting
In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that Milwaukee County, Wisconsin’s Democrat district attorney, John Chisholm, has refused to probe over 350 potential cases of illegal voting. This alarming report was uncovered by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) after their visit to the Milwaukee Election Commission offices.
Wisconsin allows same-day voter registration, which means residents can register and vote on the same day. However, PILF highlights a major flaw in this policy – it allows individuals to cast their vote immediately without confirming their eligibility until later. As a result, Chisholm has declined to review at least 354 referrals for potentially unlawful same-day voter registrations.
According to state law, Wisconsin election officials are required to audit the addresses provided by same-day voters by sending a confirmation postcard in the mail. If the postcard is returned as ”USPS undeliverable,” the voter’s record is inactivated, and a case referral is made to the local district attorney for further investigation. However, even though these voters’ records are canceled, their votes are often still counted as undeliverable mail is not a sure sign of fraud.
PILF’s review of records revealed that there were 349 same-day, inactivated voters in the 2020 election, along with five in the 2023 election, whose files were set aside for Chisholm’s review. Shockingly, PILF discovered that Chisholm has yet to pick up these inactivated files from the county’s election office.
“Election officials are best situated to notice and investigate potential violations of election law. Wisconsin requires election officials to investigate same-day registrations and refer individuals who appear to have used bad addresses to prosecuting authorities,” said PILF President J. Christian Adams. “When a DA refuses to even look at the evidence, that harms Wisconsin elections.”
Chisholm’s failure to probe possible unlawful voting is not surprising given his highly political and far-left track record as a district attorney. In the past, he launched a political witch hunt against Scott Walker, Wisconsin’s Republican governor, for alleged campaign finance violations. This case was ultimately dismissed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and Chisholm was reprimanded for the overreaching scope of his investigation.
Chisholm, backed by a group affiliated with leftist billionaire George Soros, has also gained notoriety as a pro-criminal prosecutor. In 2021, Darrell Brooks Jr., an antisemitic black supremacist, tragically used his vehicle to mow down dozens of civilians at a Waukesha Christmas parade, resulting in six deaths and over 60 injuries. It was later revealed that Brooks Jr. had been released on a low-cash bail set by Chisholm’s office just days before the attack.

What resources can be allocated to ensure that every allegation of voter fraud is thoroughly investigated?
Voter fraud. This loophole in the system allows for potential illegal voting to go unchecked and uninvestigated.
In response to this revelation, Chisholm has claimed that his office does not have the resources to investigate all of these cases. He argues that they must prioritize their workload and focus on cases that have a higher likelihood of prosecution and success. While this may be a valid point, it does not excuse the refusal to investigate potential cases of illegal voting.
Illegal voting is a serious offense that undermines the integrity of our democratic process. It is crucial that every allegation of voter fraud be thoroughly investigated to ensure that our elections are fair and free from any form of manipulation. The refusal to investigate these potential cases not only calls into question the effectiveness of the district attorney’s office, but it also raises concerns about their commitment to upholding the rule of law and protecting the democratic rights of the citizens they serve.
PILF’s report also highlights the need for reform in the same-day voter registration policy in Wisconsin. While it is important to make voting as accessible as possible, it should not come at the expense of the integrity of our elections. The same-day registration process should include verification procedures that ensure only eligible individuals are able to cast their votes. This would help prevent potential instances of illegal voting and provide a safeguard against voter fraud.
In conclusion, the refusal of Milwaukee County’s Democrat district attorney to investigate potential cases of illegal voting is deeply troubling. It raises serious concerns about the integrity of our elections and the commitment of the district attorney’s office to upholding the rule of law. It is essential that these cases be thoroughly investigated to maintain the integrity of our democratic process. Furthermore, the same-day voter registration policy in Wisconsin should be re-evaluated to include verification procedures that prevent potential instances of illegal voting. Only through these measures can we ensure that our elections are fair, free, and truly represent the will of the people.
