Russian Fighter Jet Collides With U.S. Military Reaper Drone Over Black Sea
Two Russian fighter aircraft were said to be harassing a U.S. drone in international waters when one of them collided. The drone was forced to crash into the Black Sea.
“Several times before the collision, the Su-27s dumped fuel on and flew in front of the MQ-9 in a reckless, environmentally unsound and unprofessional manner,” U.S. European Command stated in a statement. “This incident demonstrates a lack of competence in addition to being unsafe and unprofessional.”
