San Francisco-Area Soros-Backed DA Loses It After Judge Rejects Plea Deal for Accused Killer

George Soros, a left-wing billionaire who funds the San Francisco Bay Area district attorney, is requesting that the jury disqualify him from prosecuting that case and some legal cases after rejecting his plea deal for the suspect in the string of three murders.

Pamela Price, the district attorney for Alameda County, claimed in a video message posted on YouTube on Wednesday afternoon that Judge Mark McCannon had” overstepped his bounds in the course of his administrative duties and has sparked an uproar of disparaging remarks that, in my opinion, do not perform justice.” The attorney omitted a specific example.

She stated that the judge is tasked with overseeing cases that are brought before him as an independent umpire. ” My work will submit a motion to invalidate Judge McCannon from hearing any legal cases being prosecuted by our work due to his inappropriate remarks and carry on two separate occasions.”

The San Francisco Chronicle reported last month that McCannon rejected a plea deal negotiated by Price’s position for accused Delonzo Logwood to enter no contest to the deliberate homicide that killed 22-year-old Eric Ford on July 1, 2008.

In exchange, Logwood’s murder’s charges in connection with the deaths of Richard Carter, 30, and Zaire Washington, 24, would be dropped.

Logwood apologized during that hearing, saying,” Please forgive me, I’m sorry’m ,” but McCannon shattered the plea deal.

You can’t possibly believe that an explanation did improve everything. What do you regret if you didn’t take any action? According to The Mercury News, the prosecutor said.

The plaintiff, according to Logwood’s defendant’s, wasn’t apologizing for the killings but rather expressed regret for some past crimes, such as corruption and drug use.

McCannon set the start date for the prosecution against Logwood for April 17.

The day for a change in the justice system is just, Price declared in her video on Wednesday. It hasn’t been simple to make variations in this work, to be completely honest.

There are numerous stories circulating in this neighborhood. Simply put, a lot of it is untrue. Price continued,” Some persons, including investigators, are saying things that aren’t supported by the facts. I’ll always’ll be honest with you. However, I must also inform you that there are some specifics about incidents that I am unable to discuss in public because they are always open cases and being prosecuted.

” For instance, the Delonzo Logwood and two other young soldiers case. I am unable to discuss the evidence in that case, but I do want you to be aware that we have thoroughly examined the way to ensure that it can be proven beyond a good question. That’s what’s we promise to do in each and every situation.

” Trialing a situation in front of the court, as some writers are demanding, is against the prosecutor ethics’s.” I’ll give’ll more information about that way when the time is right, she said.

Price claimed McCannon is prejudiced against the district attorney’s position because it” don’t have a fair and impartial trial or hearing or any judicial process before this criminal agent” in an action that the Chronicle won.

McCannon testified in court on Wednesday,” I did not go to the newspaper and make any statements.” ” Just because I disagreed with you doesn’t mean I’m biased’m.”

Cost was absent from that reading. The movement to slay him from the Logwood case was rejected by McCannon. The lawyer for Logwood declared his intention to appealing. The part of the Price work motion that made reference to additional criminal cases brought by that office was not addressed by the judge.
