Security footage captures heartless thieves brutally assaulting gas station cashier without remorse.
Isolation and Fear: Dividing and Conquering
Isolation and fear have always been powerful tools for dividing and conquering. We’ve seen this combination used recently, as we were forced to stay in our homes for nearly three years.
But now, escalating crime is being used in the same way. Once unleashed, crime doesn’t simply disappear. Instead, it grows and becomes even more horrifying.
Criminals are engaging in increasingly horrific activities, driven by their own enjoyment and lack of consequences. In the United States, this trend is already beginning to emerge.
As crime worsens, it creates a reality that is even more dangerous. People will be too afraid to leave their homes, fearing a fate similar to Leah Johnston, who was brutally beaten in Normandy Park, Washington.
A Horrific Attack
Last Friday evening, six masked youths attacked Leah Johnston, a gas station cashier, at the Friendly Normandy Market. They stole less than a hundred dollars and some cigarettes, but the true horror came from the violent beating Johnston endured.
One of the assailants took pleasure in the act, continuing to attack Johnston even when she pleaded for him to stop. He laughed as he relentlessly pummeled her.
After 25 seconds of terror, Johnston was left lying on the floor, kicked several times. The thieves showed no remorse as they fled the scene in stolen vehicles.
Johnston survived the attack, but she is just one of many victims traumatized by the rising crime under the Biden regime. Policies that reward criminals only put honest, hard-working citizens at risk.
In an interview, Johnston expressed her concern about the lack of consequences for young criminals. She said, “Kids don’t seem to fear anything anymore. There’s no repercussions for them like there used to be.”
It’s clear that crime has become a satisfying sport for these criminals, offering more than just financial gain. And it’s even more concerning when Democrats push agendas that protect criminals and hinder the ability of police and citizens to fight back.
The King County Sheriff’s Department and Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound are working to bring justice to Johnston’s attackers, but it can never fully erase the emotional scars she now carries.
Our nation’s foundation is crumbling, aided by the lenient left. Faith, family, and traditional values are disappearing, replaced by callous, angry, and greedy criminals.
These criminals are being used to instill fear in good Americans, unaware that they too will suffer in the long run. And our open borders only contribute to this agenda, driving us further indoors and away from our future freedom.
Crime is not limited to a few outliers; it is spreading across the nation with the support of those in power. We must either fight back or accept the loss of our future freedom.

What role does law enforcement play in combating crime and creating safer environments?
Ed. She was left with multiple broken bones and internal injuries, and her life may never be the same again.
This incident is just one example of the escalating level of violence that is currently plaguing our communities. And as these acts of brutality become more frequent and severe, they only serve to further divide and isolate us.
When people no longer feel safe in their own neighborhoods, they retreat into their homes, locking themselves away from the outside world. This isolation not only deepens the fear, but also hinders our ability to come together and find solutions.
Crime thrives on fear and division. It preys on our emotions and exploits our vulnerabilities. And when we are divided, when we are too scared to reach out and connect with our neighbors, we become easier targets.
The solution to this problem lies in unity and collective action. We must resist the urge to isolate ourselves and instead, stand together against crime. By fostering a sense of community, we can create safer environments for ourselves and for future generations.
Law enforcement also plays a vital role in combating crime. They must be adequately resourced and supported, so that they can effectively protect and serve the community. This includes investing in training programs, implementing effective crime prevention strategies, and ensuring that the justice system holds criminals accountable for their actions.
Furthermore, it is imperative that we address the root causes of crime. Poverty, lack of education, and limited opportunities can contribute to individuals turning to criminal activities. By addressing these underlying issues, we can help prevent crime from taking root in the first place.
Isolation and fear should not be the defining features of our society. We have the power to break free from this cycle, to come together and create a safer and more inclusive community. It requires a collective effort, but the rewards are immeasurable.
Let us refuse to be divided and conquered by isolation and fear. Let us stand united against crime, and work towards a future where safety and harmony prevail.
