‘Shut The F*** Up B****’: Cheerleader Storms Off Court; College Player Accused Of Verbal Abuse

A cheerleader for St. Bonaventure University walked off the court during the game in the Atlantic 10 men’s basketball tournament, one cheerleader, Hannah Koning, later said that a Saint Louis University basketball team player was verbally abusive to her during the game.

“A dramatic moment of the incident’s footage shows the cheerleader walking away from St Louis fans, who were allegedly taunting her. While another woman, believed to be Koning’s coach, was seen talking to what appears to be a security guard on the court,” The Daily Mail reported.

An SB Nation affiliated account called Mid-Major Madness tweeted, “What looks like a Bonnie cheerleader and coach has just stormed over to the Billikens players flipping them off. Wild.” A follow up tweet referenced St. Louis freshman guard Jordan Nesbitt.

Koning tweeted, “This was after he looked me dead in the eyes, an innocent cheerleader, and told me to “shut the f*** up b****” embarrassing.”

An account that follows the Atlantic 10 commented, “Would be awesome if the @atlantic10 investigated this. No room for players to be saying things like this to anyone during a game.”

Mid-Major Madness added, “For anyone who is wondering what happened at the end of the Bonnies/Saint Louis game, Jordan Nesbitt had been chirping the Bonaventure cheerleaders all games, calling them disgusting names. He came up at the end and said some more. There’s zero room in the game for that. Nasty.”

Nesbitt is currently averaging 8.2 points per game this year. He has not been disciplined over the allegations as yet.

In March 2021, Black Lives Matter protesters badgered young cheerleaders while they entered the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown Louisville for a cheer competition.

The Daily Wire reported:

One of the protester leaders Carmen M. Jones, who said Sunday that she stands by her comments, yelled at the girls for their “white privilege” and told one of the women with the cheerleaders that she better “make sure your kids aren’t somebody my kids are gonna have to beat up.”  “The reason why you get to be here in these pretty little gorgeous outfits and your gorgeous hair and your gorgeous bows is because of your white privilege,” Jones said over a megaphone to the girls. …

A Facebook livestream from Tara Bassett with 502 livestreamers captured the incident, WDRB reported.

The Daily Wire added:

Pushing back against the harassment, one of the women said in the direction of the protesters, “They’re yelling at our girls for no reason.”  Jones responded to the complaint, “I am on your a**, I am on your a**, you cannot come through that door without me being on your a**.” …

A father of cheerleaders who went only by Rob told WDRB that the protesters “were badgering” the girls “all the way in the door.” His oldest daughter, he said, “cried for about an hour” over the incident. “You could see it affected all these kids,” Rob said.
