Social Media Lights Up Over Viral Video Of Nurse Suggesting Half A Dozen Cosmetic Procedures For Beautiful Actress

A video has gone viral of a self-described certified aesthetic nurse practitioner suggesting numerous cosmetic procedures for 27-year-old “Stranger Things” actress Natalia Dyer.

A woman on TikTok who goes by @np.miranda and describes herself as a “certified aesthetic nurse practitioner injector” recently posted a video of herself telling what she would do if she were “Natalia’s injector.” The numerous cosmetic procedures listed by the nurse practitioner included lip filler, masseter reduction treatment, chin filler, Botox, an eyebrow lift, and treatment to increase her collagen.

“If I was Natalia’s injector, this is what I would do: we start by treating those masseters — and we all know how much I love treating masseters to help slim the face,” the nurse practitioner said, as first highlighted by Evie magazine.

“I would add a little bit to the lips,” she continued, “just a little bit, nothing crazy, just a nice pout. And then, we’d get in there and do a little bit of Botox. I’d give her a brow lift to help open up her eyes.”

The woman then revealed the “final product,” a heavily photoshopped image of Dyer. “Now, how do we like my photoshop skills?” the nurse practitioner asked.

The video, reposted to Twitter by user @propbablypersian, has racked up more than 14 million views since it was posted two days ago.

The Twitter account that reported the video captioned the TikTok, “I could never be a celebrity because if someone made a video like this about me [I] would get violent.”

Most of the comments reacting to the video were likewise slamming the nurse practitioner and defending Dyer.

“Not the dollar store brand Kim K critiquing one of the most beautiful women on the planet,” another person reacted. “Y’all want to hand out body dysmorphia like it’s candy.”

“Why do women hate natural faces and natural bodies so much?” a male Twitter user asked.

By Monday, the TikTok nurse posted a video defending herself.

“Hoping to clear the air that I was not suggesting that Natalia NEEDED any of that work it was just an example,” she captioned her post. “Of course Natalia is absolutely stunning the way she is…that’s why she’s so successful. Her photo was simply an example.”

“I’m sorry if people took that as being mean or rude, that was not my intent at all,” she added.
