Study finds time-restricted eating improves health of shift workers

Scientists from the Salk Institute at UC San Diego Health and people at San Diego Fire Rescue may have found a healthy eating schedule for shift workers. One America’s Alicia Summers spoke with Emily Manoogian, a scientist at the Salk Institute, about what they discovered.
