Suspicious powder sent to Manhattan DA’s office

On Friday, a package containing an unsettling white powder inside an box was delivered to the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
Around noon, a mysterious flour in an envelope addressed to” Alvin” was discovered in the building’s way at room at 80 Centre Street.
Officials claim that the box also contained a statement threatening to kill Alvin.
No evacuations were ordered after emergency personnel arrived at the scene and determined that the powder was” non-hazardous.”
The grand jurors hearing the Trump way is said to have met in the building where the dubious bundle was sent, though it does not convene on Fridays.
The great jurors hearings that were supposed to take place the following Wednesday were postponed.
According to rumors from the district attorney’s office, Trump had announced last week on Truth Social that he would be detained on Tuesday. He accused Bragg’s work of conducting a political” monster and” and urged his supporters to protest the impending indictment.
In a letter in response to questions about the Trump investigation from several important House Republicans after the alleged arrest went unfulfilled, Bragg asserted that the previous president” created the false expectation” that his arrest was inevitable.
In a confidential letter given to people members over the weekend, Bragg criticized Trump and GOP lawmakers’ efforts to” intimidate” their organization.
According to Bragg,” We do not tolerate attempt to terrify our work or jeopardize the rule of law in New York.” In order to ensure that all 1, 600 of us have a stable work environment, our law enforcement partners will make sure that any particular or reputable threats against the office will be thoroughly investigated and that the appropriate safeguards are in place.
