Systemic Racism? Democrats Prefer Employing Elite Whitened College Graduates, Report Shows

Democratic campaign officials are “disproportionately white-colored graduates of elite schools,” NBC documented Wednesday.

In accordance with data collected by Swarthmore University sociologist Daniel Laurison, nearly 70 percent of Democratic staffers-including 80 percent of communications staffers-are whitened, and more than 90 % of Democratic political specialists have college degrees. Almost 40 percent of party staffers visited Ivy League universities along with other elite schools.

In comparison, 61 percent of the overall population is white-colored, two-thirds didn’t head to college, and only 4 % attended elite universities.

Laurison’s record comes as Democrats possess embraced far-left rhetoric on “whitened privilege” and “systemic racism.” The Biden administration, for instance, has pushed “diversity, collateral, and inclusion” measures that look at equality as inadequate to combat “systemic racism.”

If Democratic strategies “looked similar to the social people they’re trying to reach, they would become more effective in reaching those interpersonal people,” Laurison said.

Democrats have already been ineffective at achieving minority voters increasingly, however. A March Walls Road Journal poll discovered that Hispanic voters assistance Republicans over Democrats by 9 points, while black voters’ assistance for Democrats dropped 21 factors since Nov. 2021.
