Ted Cruz emphasizes IRS whistleblower’s non-political motive.

Sen. Ted Cruz Highlights Identity of IRS Whistleblower

In a recent episode of his podcast, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) brought attention to the identity of one of the IRS whistleblowers who has come forward to expose misconduct during the criminal investigation of President Joe Biden’s son. This revelation undermines any claims that the whistleblower is motivated by political reasons.

Cruz pointed out that this particular IRS whistleblower, who testified before Congress, is a gay man married to another man and identifies as a Democrat.

The senator emphasized that the deal Hunter Biden received was a “sweetheart deal” that the Biden administration is eager to close the door on. He highlighted the conflicting statements between Merrick Garland and David Weiss on one side, and the two IRS whistleblowers on the other side.

“The whistleblowers, as I’ve noted, we have no reason to think they’re lying. One of them is a gay Democrat who’s married to a man,” Cruz stated. “Both of them are career IRS employees, neither of them have any indication that they’re in any way, shape, or form Republican. And they’ve come forward, risking their entire careers, to expose what appears to be a pattern of felonies.”

It is expected that Hunter Biden will not face jail time and will be given two years of probation.

Additionally, the 53-year-old will enter a diversion program for the illegal purchase of a firearm in 2018. Upon completion of the program, the gun charge could be removed from his record.
