Ingham County Prosecutor John Dewane pointed out that despite Michigan’s relatively strict gun-control laws, guns were still responsible for this tragic killing. He expressed his concern over the rising number of youthful offenders illegally carrying guns and engaging in gun violence throughout Ingham County.
