Supporters of Israel arrested for their safety as terrorist sympathizers chant offensive slogans.
Anti-Semitic Protesters Gather Near Sydney Opera House
In a shocking display of hatred, anti-Semites gathered near the Sydney Opera House in Australia on Monday, shouting vile chants against Jews. The Jewish community was warned to stay away from the demonstration, while some supporters of Israel were arrested.
Video footage captured nearly 2,000 people in Sydney holding Palestinian flags and chanting offensive slogans such as “Gas the Jews,” “F*** the Jews,” and “Allahu Akbar.” Radical Muslims who joined the demonstration even threw flares and projectiles at the police barricade set up at the steps of the Opera House, as reported by The Daily Mail.

The scene was chaotic, with over 100 police officers watching from behind the barricade as the terrorist sympathizers spewed hatred and fired flares. Assistant Commissioner Tony Cooke expressed his disappointment, stating that the police were examining footage to identify those responsible for throwing the flares.
Meanwhile, The Daily Mail reported that three people attempting to display Israeli flags were either chased by the anti-Semitic mob or arrested by police “for their own safety.” Cooke explained that one person was removed and arrested to prevent a breach of the peace and ensure their safety.
Robert Gregory, CEO of the Australian Jewish Association, criticized the authorities for allowing the anti-Semitic demonstrators to threaten Jews and attack the police while warning Jews to stay away from the opera house. He drew attention to the double standard, asking people to imagine the outrage if mobs were hunting blacks or gays in Sydney’s CBD.
In the United States, anti-Israel activists also gathered in cities, with some participants at a rally in Philadelphia expressing pride in Hamas’ actions. Around 220 people attended an “emergency solidarity rally” in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square, where speakers proclaimed their support for the recent violence.

Hamas’ recent terror attack in Israel has resulted in the deaths of approximately 1,000 Israelis, with thousands more wounded. The terrorists have also kidnapped several Israelis, including women and children, holding them hostage in the Gaza Strip. Disturbing videos posted by the terrorists show them celebrating as they desecrate the bodies of Israeli soldiers and civilians.
In response, Israel has launched airstrikes on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip and deployed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to rescue the hostages. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to make Hamas regret their attack, promising a response that will be remembered for generations.
“Hamas terrorists bound, burned, and executed children,” he stated. “They are savages. Hamas is ISIS. And just as the forces of civilization united to defeat ISIS, the forces of civilization must support Israel in defeating Hamas.”
How can the government and law enforcement agencies take action to address the rise of anti-Semitism in Australia and ensure the safety and security of all communities, including the Jewish community?
Ck or Muslim people instead.
This incident highlights the alarming rise of anti-Semitism in Australia. According to the Anti-Defamation Commission, anti-Semitic incidents in the country have increased by 30% in the past year. The Jewish community is feeling increasingly targeted and vulnerable, as incidents of verbal abuse, vandalism, and physical attacks continue to occur.
It is crucial that the government and law enforcement agencies take decisive action to address this issue. The safety and security of all communities, including the Jewish community, must be prioritized. Thorough investigations should be conducted to identify and punish those responsible for inciting hatred and carrying out attacks.
Furthermore, education and awareness programs should be implemented to promote tolerance, understanding, and respect for all religions and ethnicities. Schools, community centers, and religious institutions should work together to teach the values of diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where everyone feels safe and accepted.
Leaders and public figures also have a role to play in condemning anti-Semitism and promoting unity. By speaking out against hatred and discrimination, they can set a powerful example and inspire others to do the same.
The incident near the Sydney Opera House is a wake-up call for Australia. It reminds us that anti-Semitism is not a thing of the past, but a disturbing reality that still needs to be addressed. Let us stand together against hatred and ensure that our society remains inclusive, tolerant, and respectful of all its members.
