The Abortion Pill Now Accounts for More Than Half of U.S. Abortions

Instead of dismissing the traumatic experiences of women, what if you treated them as if their voices were important?

Since the approval of the abortion pill regimen by the Food and Drug Administration, over twenty years have passed. The pill regimen could cause serious complications if the woman isn’t aware of an undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy. To make matters worse, women can get a pill prescription online without visiting a doctor. This puts women at risk for serious harm, and even death, as they are no longer able to receive preventive testing or medical oversight from a doctor.
