The Biden Classified Documents Just Keep Coming – And John Kennedy Has Just Four Questions
From the President: Classified documents Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President keep turning up — in places ranging from his office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement to the garage at his Wilmington home — and Senator John Kennedy (R-LA), only has four questions.
Kennedy joined hosts Sandra Smith and John Roberts Thursday on Fox News’ “America Reports” to discuss the still-unfolding situation — and the fact that Attorney General Merrick Garland had already moved to appoint a special counsel to investigate.

“I just find all of this surreal,” Kennedy spoke to Smith and Roberts about the recent events, comparing them to “a Quentin Tarantino movie” And he argued that all that happened only confirmed many of the things that Washington, D.C., already believed about it: “If it were not for double standards, there wouldn’t be any standards at all.”
Kennedy went on to say that he was not surprised to see that Garland had appointed a special counsel — and noted that, given the fact that he had appointed one to investigate former President Donald Trump for similar reasons, he may not have had much choice in the matter.
“The White House has tried and the White House doesn’t have enough hazmat suits to clean up this mess,” Kennedy continued. “Aside from the obvious, that the Justice Department is investigating President Trump for something that President Biden himself may have done, there are a lot of other intriguing questions.”
Kennedy then outlined the four main questions he wanted to be answered.
“Number one, was there a cover up?” he asked — and he pointed to the fact that even though authorities had apparently been aware of at least some of the classified documents prior to the midterm elections, the news had not been made public until January.
The second question had to do with the location of the first documents — The Penn Biden Center — which, Kennedy noted was not a typical “think tank.”
“It’s in Washington, D.C., it was a hangout, a clubhouse for President Biden and his people before they were inaugurated, and allegedly it is funded with tens of millions of dollars from China. What’s up with that?” Kennedy continued.
“Number three, what’s the role of the National Archives in all of this?” Kennedy then asked the question, noting that Trump had received a very different reaction to the National Archives response. “They’ve been missing in action when it comes to President Biden and his documents. You couldn’t have found ‘em with a search party.”
Kennedy’s final question was simple: “Did any member of Congress know about this? I didn’t, and if some of my colleagues knew about it, I’d like to know why I didn’t.”
