America’s Communist ‘Blue Guards’ fail to punish St. Junipero Vandals.

Yesterday, the Marin County District Attorney’s office announced that the Black Lives Matter rioters who destroyed a St. Junipero Serra statue outside St. Raphael parish in San Francisco will only be charged with a misdemeanor. This is just one example of the excessive leniency granted to left-wing rioters who caused multiple deaths and billions of dollars in damage during the “summer of love.”

But it’s not just the BLM and Antifa rioters who are getting away with their crimes. In 2022, pro-abortion domestic terrorists attacked nearly 100 pro-life organizations and churches, yet the FBI has largely ignored these crimes. It’s clear that left-wing arsonists, vandals, and murderers are part of a protected class in America, just like China’s Red Guards were during the Cultural Revolution.

Like the Red Guards, America’s Blue Guards evade prosecution because they are politically useful. This is why many believe we are living under a two-tier justice system.

In a letter to the district attorney and deputy district attorney, San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone called out the weak charges for what they are: another example of America’s two-tiered justice system.

“It is clear to me that this course of action would not have been taken with anyone else. In fact, if the same kind of destruction had been wrought upon any other historically marginalized community, the reaction would have been immediate and unequivocal: utter condemnation of the act and absolute resolve to bring the perpetrators to justice.”

Why Are Left-Wing Rioters Getting Away With It?

The question on everyone’s mind is: why are left-wing rioters getting away with their crimes? The answer is simple: they are politically useful to those in power. By allowing these riots to continue unchecked, those in power can push their own agenda and silence dissenting voices.

But this is not justice. This is not what America stands for. We must demand that all criminals, regardless of their political affiliation, be held accountable for their actions. We cannot allow a two-tiered justice system to continue to exist in our country.

It’s time to take action. We must demand that our elected officials uphold the rule of law and hold all criminals accountable for their actions. We must speak out against the injustices we see and demand that our voices be heard.
