Tiger Woods Ties Record for Consecutive Cuts Made at Masters, Will Play the Weekend
At Augusta National Golf Club, Tiger Woods may perform over the weekend.
The 15-time primary champion finished his next round at 3 over line, but he was able to advance with a little assistance from his friend Justin Thomas.

The PGA Tour stated on Twitter that Tiger Woods shares the record for most consecutive cuts made at the Masters Tournament( 23 ( 1997 – 2023 ), matching Gary Player ( 1959 – 1982 ) and Fred Couples( 1983 – 2007 ).
Woods finished his second round at Augusta on a rainy day with back-to-back birdie on the 17th and 18th pits, bringing his total to 73.
After finishing his second round, Woods said,” I’ve’ve always loved this golf course, and I love playing this event ,” according to The Augusta Chronicle. Despite the fact that I missed a few games due to injuries, I’ve’ve always wanted to play here. I adored it.

Woods was able to use over the weekend thanks to Thomas’ bogey on the 17th, which increased the cut line to 3 above.

Couples posted a 2 over 74 on Saturday to make the lower at 1 over line, making Woods the primary legendary golfer to do so.
Couples said,” That’s’s why I come here ,” according to ESPN. The past four years have been really bad for sport. I may have come very close to being selected one summer. However, I accomplished that as my goal.

After two shells, Brooks Koepka of LIV Golf is in the lead after shooting a 67 on Friday to complete the time 12 under par.
At 10 under for the competition, Jon Rahm is two previously of Koepka.
On Saturday, the second round of the Masters is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. ET, with Woods’ around beginning at 1:16 p.f. on the 10th shirt.
