August 2023
Trump is expected to be indicted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on charges related to his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. The indictment is likely to happen between July 31 and August 18, with his arraignment following shortly after.
August 23, 2023
The first Republican presidential debate is scheduled in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is uncertain whether Trump will participate, as he has yet to sign the mandatory RNC loyalty pledge. The debate will be televised by Fox News.
