Travis Tritt, the Grammy-winning country star, announced in a series of tweets on Thursday that he is boycotting Anheuser-Busch.

Tritt’s boycott of Anheuser-Busch follows the company’s release of a new ad campaign featuring trans activist and TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, which Tritt opposes. According to Anheuser-Busch, the ad was meant to celebrate Mulvaney’s “365 Days of Girlhood.”

Tritt said that although other artists are also boycotting Anheuser-Busch products, they are not being vocal about it due to the fear of being ridiculed and cancelled. However, Tritt has publicly made his stance known without fear of any backlash that may come his way as a result of it.

When an individual on Twitter asked Tritt about other Anheuser-Busch products, he shared a graphic displaying various brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Rolling Rock, among others.

Tritt also criticized a Jack Daniels drag queen advertising campaign.
