Trump reveals arrest time, slams radical left and DA Fani Willis.
Former President Donald Trump Faces Arraignment in Atlanta
Former President Donald Trump took a break from celebrating the success of his interview with Tucker Carlson to address his Truth Social followers. However, his focus quickly shifted as he announced that he would be arraigned in Atlanta on Thursday. These charges stem from his challenge to the results of the 2020 election in Georgia, and he is not alone. Eighteen other individuals have also been charged in connection with their efforts to challenge the election results.
Despite the impending legal proceedings, Trump remained fixated on his presidential campaign and his recent interview with Carlson. He proudly declared that the interview was a “BLOCKBUSTER,” boasting about its massive viewership of 231 million and counting. In fact, he claimed that it was the biggest video on social media, surpassing even the Super Bowl. However, Trump acknowledged that he would have to temporarily pause his celebrations to prepare for his upcoming arraignment.
In a fiery social media post, Trump expressed his frustration with the situation. He criticized the “Radical Left, Lowlife District Attorney” Fani Willis, who he believes is unjustly targeting him for a “PERFECT PHONE CALL” and daring to challenge what he perceives as a rigged and stolen election. Trump made it clear that he would be heading to Atlanta, Georgia, where he believes violent crimes have reached unprecedented levels, to face his arrest at 7:30 P.M.

Trump didn’t miss the opportunity to take a swipe at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who has been leading the prosecution against him. He questioned why there is so much murder and violent crime in Atlanta, blaming Willis for failing to prioritize going after the real criminals. Trump accused her of campaigning and fundraising off the goal of “getting Trump,” while neglecting the safety and well-being of the city’s residents. He lamented that this was yet another sad day in America.

According to NBC, Trump departed from Newark, New Jersey, and headed to Atlanta shortly before 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. As he arrived at the Fulton County Jail, tight security measures were in place, and a crowd of supporters eagerly awaited his arrival. One supporter, Lyle Rayworth, expressed his belief that Trump is being persecuted and targeted by those who want to eliminate him from the political arena. Rayworth claimed that Trump has been impeached twice and is now facing his fourth indictment, all in an attempt to silence him.

Earlier in the day, Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, was arraigned and released on $100,000 bond. Trump himself has agreed to a $200,000 bond. The legal battle continues as Trump faces the consequences of his actions.
