Trump visits Elon Musk’s X after 2.5 years since booking.

Former President Donald Trump Returns to Elon Musk’s X

Former President Donald Trump made ⁢a‍ highly anticipated return to social media on Thursday, posting on ‌his‌ Twitter (now known as X) account for the first time in over two years. This marked his first post since his permanent ‌suspension was lifted ⁣by Elon Musk.

Trump’s return to the spotlight ‍comes amidst his recent arrest in Georgia on felony charges related to⁤ Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ investigation into his challenge of the 2020 election results in the state.

Willis has accused Trump and 18 others of numerous charges, including racketeering. Despite the allegations, Trump has pleaded not guilty and maintained his innocence.

The world eagerly awaited Trump’s ‌mugshot from⁤ his four indictments, and he finally shared it on his X page. ⁤In a defiant tone, Trump accompanied the image with his arrest date and the words, “ELECTION INTERFERENCE… NEVER SURRENDER!”

This post marks Trump’s first since Elon Musk announced⁤ the reinstatement of his Twitter account. Prior to this, Trump had vowed never to return to the platform that had censored him during his‌ presidency and ultimately banned him before his term ended.

Despite the‌ controversial nature of his post, it was warmly received by numerous X users:

It remains uncertain whether Trump intends⁣ to return to the platform full-time. He launched Truth Social last year and has been actively posting on the platform since.
