Trump rides in ‘garbage’ truck in ‘honor of Kamala and Joe Biden’ – Washington Examiner
In a recent campaign stunt, former President Donald Trump drove a garbage truck in Wisconsin as a way to mock his Democratic opponents, Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden, particularly referencing Biden’s previous insult about “garbage.” While riding in the truck, Trump, dressed in an orange reflective vest, addressed reporters, asking how they liked the vehicle and emphasizing that 250 million Americans don’t use derogatory terms like those employed by Biden and Harris. He expressed disappointment with their remarks and suggested that both should feel ashamed. Trump concluded his appearance by playfully inviting reporters to enjoy the sight of the garbage truck. After this, he attended a rally in Green Bay, still wearing the vest, while his supporter, Vivek Ramaswamy, was also seen assisting with garbage collection, furthering the theme of their campaign message.

Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump drove around in a garbage truck in Wisconsin to troll his Democratic rival Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden after the president’s “garbage” insult.
“How do you like my garbage truck?” Trump said to reporters on Wednesday as he sat wearing an orange reflective vest in a white garbage truck emblazoned with his campaign logo, “Trump Make America Great Again 2024.”

He went on to say that 250 million Americans “don’t use terms like that.”
“It‘s a shame. And Joe Biden should be ashamed of himself, if he knows what he‘s even doing, and she should be ashamed,” Trump added, referencing Harris.
He wrapped up his remarks talking to reporters by saying, “I hope you enjoyed this garbage truck.”
Trump appeared a few minutes later at his Green Bay rally still wearing the same garbage orange vest.
Trump surrogate Vivek Ramaswamy was also seen helping a garbage truck worker collect garbage while he wore an orange vest.

2024 ELECTIONS LIVE UPDATES: LATEST NEWS ON THE TRUMP-HARRIS PRESIDENTIAL RACE
Earlier on Wednesday, Trump told his rallygoers in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, that Biden was saying what “Joe and Kamala” really think of his supporters.
“You can’t be president if you hate the American people,” he said. “Frankly, they’ve treated you like garbage.”
Harris has attempted to distance herself from Biden’s “garbage” comment.
“Listen, I think, first of all, he clarified his comments, but let me be clear: I strongly disagree with any criticism of people based on who they vote for. You heard my speech last night and continuously throughout my career. I believe that the work that I do is about representing all the people whether they support me or not,” Harris said Wednesday on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre attempted to clean up the president’s comments Wednesday during the daily White House press briefing.
“Just to clarify, he was not calling Trump supporters garbage,” Jean-Pierre told reporters.
“He does not view Trump supporters or anybody who supports Trump as garbage,” she said, adding that Biden has said several times that he is a “president for all.”
On Tuesday evening, Biden appeared to call Trump’s supporters “garbage” while stepping on Harris’s message of unity in a rally in Washington, D.C.
