Trump Receives Full Endorsement from Michigan Republican Delegation

Former president Donald Trump’s campaign has received a major boost as his lead in the polls widens. The entire Republican congressional delegation from Michigan has announced their endorsement of Trump.

In a joint statement, Michigan Republican representatives Tim Walberg, Bill Huizenga, John Moolenaar, Jack Bergman, and Lisa McClain expressed their pride in endorsing President Donald J. Trump. They highlighted the prosperity and strong economy experienced under Trump’s presidency, as well as the improved safety and well-being of Michiganders. They also emphasized Trump’s ability to deliver results and win in key battleground states like Michigan.

Another Michigan representative, John James, issued a separate statement, criticizing President Biden’s policies and highlighting the positive impact of Trump’s leadership on the economy, family support, and national security.

The team emphasized that Trump was the first Republican to win Michigan in 28 years during the 2016 elections, and they aim to secure the state’s 15 electoral votes in the upcoming election.

Double Digit Lead

At the beginning of the year, both Trump and Florida governor Ron DeSantis had similar poll averages, with Trump holding a slight lead. However, since then, Trump’s support has grown significantly, with recent polls showing him at 56 percent compared to DeSantis’ 17 percent.

Trump’s popularity has continued to rise despite facing legal challenges. In fact, a recent event in Pickens, South Carolina, attracted a massive crowd of Trump supporters.
