The creation of the firm is significant since it is made up of former Trump aides and focused on the president-elect’s agenda. Competing firms have only reluctantly embraced MAGA and hired a handful of Trump associates.

Trump insiders have said for months that the new administration is eager to work with those it has known in the past and will ignore those who turned their noses up to Trump after the Jan. 6 Capitol riots and to Trump’s initial reelection announcement.

Even before his inauguration later this month, Trump has signaled major changes in how he would deal with Washington and promised to move much faster to implement his policies than he did after his first election.

Frontline hopes to help its clients navigate those changes.

Glassner was a senior adviser to the 2024 Trump campaign and was deputy campaign manager and chief operating officer of the 2016 and 2020 Trump campaigns. Pence was a senior adviser to the 2016 and 2020 Trump campaigns and ran a pro-Trump super PAC in 2024.
