Trump welcomes 2024 challenges from DeSantis and Haley: ‘The more the merrier’

Oxon Hill, Maryland — An ex-President Donald Trump Avoid attacking Gov. Ron DeSantis He spoke Saturday, saying he was open to Florida Governor and all Republicans who would challenge him in the race for the GOP Presidential nomination.

Reporters also sought out information about DeSantis who was widely considered Trump’s primary opponent and asked if he believed he should be running this cycle.

“That’s up to him. He wouldn’t have been elected if it weren’t for me, but that’s up to him,” He responded.

If he was asked about his specific interests, he replied “Yes.” “would welcome him into the race,” Trump replied, “sure.”

He also stopped people calling for Trump-DeSantis tickets, which many CPAC attendees wanted.
