Trump wouldn’t be the first person to run for president from prison
Former President Donald Trump faces the possibility of running for president in 2024 while serving prison time, though he would not be the first presidential candidate to do so.
Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, has filed a potential prosecution against Trump, with the former leader claiming that his incarceration is about to happen. Trump would be the first previous leader to be charged with a crime, but it’s doubtful that he would spend time in prison. He wouldn’t be the first candidate to run for president while incarcerated, though, if he did.

After being found guilty of criminal, corruption, and tax evasion in a federal court in 2002, Trafficant was expelled from the House. While incarcerated, the man made an unsuccessful attempt to run for his seat in the house once more.

What kind of girl could accuse someone else, in this case a former president of the United States who received more votes than any other president in history and was by far the front-runner! When it is widely known that NO Crime has been committed and that the possibilities for death and destruction in such a misleading cost could be disastrous for our Country, why would the Republican Party nominate someone for the position?
