Under the new policy, content that violates legal boundaries will face zero tolerance and⁤ immediate removal. Additionally, content that is ⁣lawful but deemed “awful” will be labeled, de-amplified, and demonetized, making it difficult to spread.

Yaccarino revealed that 30⁣ percent of users choose⁢ to remove their labeled⁣ content voluntarily. This ⁤approach protects brands from being⁤ associated with harmful content they do not wish to be connected to.

“Reducing the visibility of hateful content‌ is a prime example of X’s commitment to fostering healthy behavior online,” ‍Yaccarino stated. “Currently, 99.9 percent⁢ of all posted impressions on our platform are healthy.”

X’s ⁣safety team works tirelessly to maintain this high standard ⁢of healthy impressions, monitoring⁢ the platform around the ‍clock.
