U.K.’s National Health Service Requires Written Explanation If White Candidate is Hired over Ethnic Minority

Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) Interview panels must justify why they choose to hire white applicants over ethnic minority applicants.

The Daily Mail According to reports, the Royal Free north London asks staff for reports justifying why the successful candidate was selected “more suitable for the position” If the candidate’s race is white.  This justification is not necessary if the candidate is from an ethnic minority.

This requires you to send a letter to the chief executive of the trust containing proof of how the applicant was scored. Also, provide suggestions for ways the candidate could improve.

Staff critics claim that the system is flawed. “tick-box exercise” This adds to the bureaucracy of the service.

Recently, staff at NHS trusts were told to trim “diversity and inclusion” Jobs after a report of the Health Secretary.

Minister Sajid javid demanded “urgent” It is important to take action to improve the health system as it fights off “waste and wokery.”

The Daily Mail recently revealed how the NHS was dishing out over £1million of “woke non-jobs” Its hospitals are struggling to keep the service above water.

According to a senior source at the hospital,: “It feels like a tick-box exercise. When we discuss who the best applicant was after the interview, it’s not about their ethnicity.

“Justifying your decision based upon where they are from can take up a lot of your time. You have to look at your decision from a different perspective, based more on race than ability.
