China’s Spy Base in Cuba: Are We in a Second Cold War?

According to foreign-policy expert Harley Lippman, the U.S. has confirmed that China has a spy base in Cuba, located just about 100 miles from our coast. In an interview with OAN’s Alicia Summers, Lippman warns that we are in the midst of a second Cold War.
