U.S. finishes Billie Jean King Cup qualifying unbeaten

In the Billie Jean King Cup pass match on Saturday in Delray Beach, Florida, Jessica Pegula and the United States defeated Austria.

Juvan and Zidansek’s’s double go with Irina Bara and Monica Niculescu was postponed at 3:3 in the first place. It will be finished on Sunday night.

Nurria Parrizas-Diaz defeated Marcela Zacarias in straight sets to end Spain’s’s series against Mexico in Marbella, Spain, after Giuliana Olmos and Renata Zarazua of Mexico narrowly avoided a push by winning three set in the next game.

Marta Kostyuk defeated Barbora Krejcikova in three sets for the Czech Republic, which started the day leading Ukraine 2 – 0 in Antalya, Turkey. Marketa Vondrousova won her match in straight sets to end the series.

On Saturday, France and Kazakhstan defeated their rivals 3 – 1 after finishing with 2 – 0 leads on Friday. In Coventry, Great Britain, Caroline Garcia defeated Clara Burel and Kristina Mladenovic in a three-set, hard-fought singles tournament to win the match, pulling France within two to one.

Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan won the 3 – 1 series in Astana, Kazakhstan, by handing Poland’s’s Magda Linette her second loss in two days. It happened after Weronika Falkowska and Alicja Rosolska triumphed in their double game to reduce Poland’s’s gap to 2-1.

Leylah Fernandez took over as Canada and Belgium entered Saturday’s’s game in Vancouver, Canada, 1-1, lifting the house team to the show victory.

Following Fernandez’s’s three-set victory over Ysaline Bonaventure, Greet Minnen of Belgium tied the game up once more with a triumph over Katherine Sebov. However, Fernandez and Gabriela Dabrowski defeated Minnen and Kirsten Flipkens 6-1, 6-2, leaving no room for fear regarding the double result.
