U.S. Has No Excuse For Failing Kids On Radical Gender Ideology

The article discusses the urgent need for the United States to protect⁣ children from chemical⁤ castration, especially in light of the United Kingdom’s recent indefinite⁢ ban on puberty blockers for minors. This decision follows an independent review ⁣that found no solid evidence supporting the effectiveness of hormone treatments in reducing ‍suicide risks among those questioning their gender. the authors argue that there is important proof indicating⁢ that altering a child’s body can lead to severe long-term health issues, including infertility and mental health crises.⁢ They highlight that 26 U.S.‌ states have made legislative changes⁢ based on⁣ this‌ evidence, while ⁣the federal government and the Republican-controlled House of Representatives have not taken similar action. The ongoing deliberations by the Supreme court regarding these state decisions ‍underscore the contentious nature of this issue.

The U.S. has no excuse for failing to protect kids from the irreversible damage caused by chemical castration — especially after the United Kingdom’s Department of Health and Social Care indefinitely banned puberty blockers for those under 18 years old this week.

The U.K.’s decision to protect gender-confused minors from the drugs that effectively guarantee permanent physical alterations came after an independent review, published earlier this year, concluded there is “no good evidence” that opposite-sex hormones “reduce suicide risk.”

The kicker is there was never any good evidence that permanently manipulating a child’s body would salvage his mental health. There is, however, plenty of proof that messing with kids’ bodies and minds in the name of radical gender ideology can leave them with sexual dysfunction, various forms of infertility, heart problems, mental health crises, cancer, and even harrowing and life-threatening regret.

Twenty-six states have acted on that evidence accordingly — the constitutionality of which the Supreme Court is currently deliberating. The federal government, even the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, however, has failed to offer any enforceable relief or recourse for the despicable act of child castration and mutilation outside of an ongoing bathroom fiasco concerning incoming Delaware Rep. Sarah McBride, a man presenting as a woman.

On the contrary, the Swamp has done more to embrace the destruction of children’s mental and physical health via transgenderism than to outlaw or punish it. Over the last four years, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris aggressively added their transgender agenda to national politics by introducing a Title IX overhaul that obliterates female spaces, free speech, and due process; forcing biologically inaccurate pronouns on federal workers and visitors to federal facilities; celebrating imaginary transgender holidays; and siccing the Department Of Justice and Department of Health and Human Services on states, hospitals, and individuals who oppose “transitioning” minors.

It’s past time for all of that to change, and there’s no better time to do so than under the nation’s newly-elected Republican trifecta government. Where GOP politicians stand on the transgender insanity taking over the nation is a litmus test for their political futures.

The congressional Republicans who won their races and kept their seats on the promise of eradicating wokeness should put their words into action by signing legislation to ban the chemical castration and genital mutilation of children in the name of transgenderism. President-elect Donald Trump should also not only condemn radical gender ideology but use his executive authority and the departments at his disposal to strongly enforce any ban on the “transing” of kids that Congress passes.

Failing to outlaw the proven harm radical gender ideology inflicts on children is not the badge of honor the outgoing Biden administration wants bureaucrats to believe it is. Any U.S. politician who ignores that irreversible damage, especially in the face of research-backed bans in countries like the U.K., doesn’t deserve to stay in office.
