Pentagon launches online hub for declassified UFO reports.

The Department of Defense Launches Website on Declassified UFO Records

The Department ⁤of Defense has announced the launch⁢ of a‍ new website that will provide information about all declassified records on UFOs. This ‍website, www.aaro.mil, will serve⁢ as a “one-stop shop” for all publicly-available information related to the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

UFOs, also known as UAPs, ⁤refer to unidentified objects in any medium, whether in‍ space, in the air, on land, in the sea, or under the sea. The⁤ U.S. government officially⁣ uses‌ the term Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena ⁣to describe these objects.

According to Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder, the website will provide information, including photos‍ and videos, on resolved UAP cases as they are declassified and approved for public release.‍ It will also include reporting trends, a frequently asked questions section, and ⁤links to official ‍reports, transcripts, press releases, and other resources that the public may‍ find useful.

Lawmakers⁣ Seek Info ‌on Secret Programs

The launch of this website comes at ⁣a time when there is increased demand from Congress for greater‍ transparency from the U.S. government on UAPs. Six members of Congress recently sent a letter to the intelligence community, calling for more details about programs that retrieved UAPs and reverse engineered them.

Retired Maj. David Grusch, a veteran of the National‍ Geospatial-Intelligence Agency who served on the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, testified under oath that the U.S. government has ⁤recovered UFO vehicles and non-human “biologics” of the pilots. He also expressed his ⁣belief that there is an ‍”active disinformation campaign within our government to deny the ‍existence of [unidentified anomalous phenomena].”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck ‍Schumer has also introduced bipartisan legislation to declassify‍ records related to UAP, stating that the American public has a right to learn about these phenomena and that it’s time to provide some answers.

With the launch⁣ of this new ‍website, the Department of Defense aims to provide the public with access to declassified information and promote⁢ transparency ‍regarding UAPs. Regular updates‍ will be made ⁣as new ⁢information is cleared for public release.
