When FBI agents on Monday entered former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence with a search warrant, left-wing media were quick to label the unprecedented operation a “raid.” But after Democrats such as former White House official Symone Sanders warned against using the term, the media quickly changed their tune.
“Not a raid—we’ll call it a ‘search,'” MSNBC contributor Jason Johnson said Tuesday just 30 minutes after calling it a “raid.”
