Vivek Ramaswamy claims US government systematically deceived about 9/11.
GOP Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Calls for Truth About 9/11 Attacks
GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy made a bold statement on Monday, asserting that the U.S. government has deceived the American people with its official narrative of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Ramaswamy passionately argued that Americans “deserve the truth” about this pivotal event in history.
In a recent interview with CNN, Ramaswamy clarified that he was misquoted by The Atlantic and was actually referring to the January 6, 2021, Capitol breach when he mentioned the involvement of federal agents. He firmly denied any belief in an inside job but maintained that Saudi Arabia played a role in the attacks, which the U.S. government covered up.

Ramaswamy passionately defended his position during a heated exchange with CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins. He emphasized that the government has lied about Saudi Arabia’s involvement in 9/11 and that the evidence supports his claims. Ramaswamy boldly stated, ”I am guilty as charged that I do not follow the Establishment Super PAC donor-approved script on these questions. But I am speaking truth, grounded in fact, at every step of the way.”
Speaking to the news outlet Semafor, Ramaswamy clarified that the quote mentioned in The Atlantic article did not accurately represent his views. He explained, “It was a very free-flowing conversation, so I’m not blaming the reporter—but the real question I have about undercover federal agents is on Jan. 6, 2021, not 9/11.”
The Atlantic published an article on Monday featuring a discussion between Ramaswamy and reporter John Hendrickson. The article quoted Ramaswamy as questioning the presence of police and federal agents on the planes that hit the Twin Towers. Ramaswamy clarified that he believes it’s essential for the public to know the truth about these details, just as they should know the truth about the events of January 6.
After Ramaswamy claimed he was misquoted, The Atlantic released the interview audio, which seemed to confirm the accuracy of the original quote. However, Ramaswamy’s spokesperson argued that the quote was taken out of context and urged The Atlantic to release more of the recording for a complete understanding of the conversation.
During the CNN interview, Ramaswamy expressed his suspicion that many federal agents were present during the January 6 breach and called for their names to be made public. He reiterated his belief that the government lied about Saudi Arabia’s involvement in 9/11, pointing to the undeniable evidence and the failures of the 9/11 Commission.
