We Are All Made In The Image Of God, Not Made Into It
The Biden administration recently reassured Americans who identify as transgender, stating that they, including those who have undergone surgical procedures, are “made in the image of God.” It is true that every individual on this earth is a creation of God, made in the likeness of the Creator, who loves and yearns for the return of each and every soul to His righteous and loving care. However, the transgender movement does not aim to honor that sacred image; rather, it seeks to distort and blaspheme it.
Transgenderism conveys to an already-confused individual that their physical body was a mistake, and that human inventions are necessary to counteract the supposed “imperfections” of God’s creation. By opposing the divine proclamation that “male and female He created them,” the alphabet sexual ideology prevalent in American institutions defies God’s naturally created order from an orderly Creator. Instead of valuing each person as an embodiment of their precious soul, transgender ideology encourages medical practitioners to mutilate and medicate the bodies of children, making them physically deformed when compared to their former selves. The following are a few of the heart-wrenching stories of those children:

These stories speak for a countless number of vulnerable people whose confusion has been exploited by perverse ideologues, with devastating effects. These individuals who have suffered the consequences of this movement are the lucky ones. Many more victims have not survived to share their stories.
The human being’s sinful desire to shape themselves into the image of God is not a new one, although the transgender movement provides a unique and vivid visualization of humanity’s futile effort to overthrow its Maker. By recklessly rejecting what God has created and pronounced “good,” the transgender craze does not only deem the divine image insufficient but also abhorrent. Unsatisfied with God, its adherents seek to bestow upon themselves His throne. In doing so, they partake of humanity’s oldest sin.
The devil tempts Eve to reject God’s commandment in Eden, promising her in Genesis 3, “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Ever since then, humanity’s hearts have been hardened by the desire to “be like God” in an idolatrous and disastrous endeavor to replace the will and sovereignty of God with our own.
