“I think we’ve been pretty transparent,” Ian Sams, White House Counsel’s Office spokesperson told reporters during a rare interview “on camera” appearance.

Sams cited lengthy statements by Biden’s personal lawyer Bob Bauer and the White House’s desire to not interfere with Robert Hur’s case.

Sams declined to comment on whether additional searches will take place in the future, or confirm whether more classified records might be discovered.

Bauer issued a statement Wednesday earlier, stating that “no documents with classified markings were found.”
