White House mum on Hunter Biden’s seventh grandchild.

The White House Declines to Comment on President Biden’s Recognition of His Granddaughter

The White House was asked on Wednesday whether President Joe Biden recognizes his 4-year-old granddaughter, the daughter of Hunter Biden, as his seventh grandchild. However, they declined to comment on the matter.

Hunter Biden recently settled a child support case with Lunden Roberts, a woman from Arkansas with whom he had a child before marrying his current wife. Prior to the settlement, Roberts had claimed that Hunter Biden had never seen or contacted their daughter. However, she reportedly dropped her request for the Biden last name during negotiations.

Despite this, Joe Biden and White House officials have consistently stated that the president has six grandchildren, not seven. The New York Times even published an article discussing the president’s estrangement from the girl.

During Wednesday’s press briefing, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if President Biden would acknowledge the girl as his granddaughter. She declined to comment, stating, “I don’t have anything to share from here.”

Hunter Biden is currently facing other legal issues, including federal tax crimes and a felony gun possession charge. He is expected to plead guilty to the tax crimes in July.
