Woman Claims She Was Raped ‘Repeatedly’ By Epstein and Maxwell In Front Of Her Son
Another woman has come forward to accuse the late Jeffrey Epstein and his longtime aide Ghislaine Maxwell, claiming the pair repeatedly raped in front of her young son.
The new allegations were filed against Epstein’s estate last week at the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida, according to The Telegraph. The woman accuses the couple in the civil lawsuit of “rape, sex trafficking, sexual abuse, physical assault, physical mutilation, emotional distress, blackmail, intimidation, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.”
The Telegraph said the woman was working as a real estate broker and hairdresser when the alleged abuse took place in early 2008.
After meeting the pair, she says Maxwell “began an extended effort of persuasion and grooming.” She said during a visit to Epstein’s home in Palm Beach “that she was raped by the billionaire ‘with Maxwell’s assistance.’”
She says she and her eight-year-old son were put in a hotel in Naples, Florida, where “over a period of several days, Epstein and Maxwell repeatedly raped and sexually abused the plaintiff, all in the presence of her son.”
“Epstein emphasised his personal connections to many powerful actors within the legal system and elsewhere,” including the FBI and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the court documents state, according to the U.K. paper. “During the next five months, Doe alleges she was trafficked out to a number of associates of Epstein’s, including an unnamed local judge.”
Earlier this week, Maxwell, the one-time girlfriend and longtime confidant of convicted pedophile Epstein, was charged with sex trafficking a minor. Prosecutors in New York allege that Maxwell groomed a 14-year-old female to prepare her to have sex with Epstein, paying the girl for her acts.
In a 24-page indictment released Monday detailing eight new counts, prosecutors say “beginning at least in or about 2001,” Maxwell and Epstein “enticed and recruited, and caused to be enticed and recruited, minor girls to visit Epstein’s Palm Beach residence to engage in sex acts with Epstein, after which Epstein, Maxwell, or another employee of Epstein’s would give the victims hundreds of dollars in cash.”
The prosecutors say Maxwell called victims to “schedule an appointment for the victim to massage Epstein” at his home in Palm Beach, Florida. “When a victim initially arrived at the Palm Beach Residence, she would be greeted by an employee of Epstein’s, including, at times, Maxwell. The victim would then be escorted to a room with a massage table,” reads the indictment.
“Once inside, the victim would provide a nude or semi-nude massage for Epstein who would himself typically be naked. During these encounters, Epstein would escalate the nature and scope of the physical contact to include sex acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact with the victim’s genitals,” they wrote.
Maxwell “facilitated Jeffrey Epstein’s access to minor victims knowing that he had a sexual preference for underage girls and that he intended to engage in sexual activity with those victims,” the indictment says.
In the indictment, the new accuser is referred to a Minor Victim-4, and she was allegedly 14 years old at the time. Prosecutors say Maxwell interacted with the girl on “multiple” occasions and knew she was under 18.
Maxwell also encouraged the girl, along with others, to recruit more girls, says the indictment, alleging that Minor Victim-4 eventually brought other females younger than 18 to Epstein’s home.
