Woman Finds Husband’s Dead Body In Closet 8 Months After He Disappeared
Eight months after reporting her husband missing in Illinois, a widow found him dead in their home.
Jennifer Maedge reported Richard Maedge, her husband, missing on April 27, 2022. Fox 2 reports that she spoke with him the day prior, and Troy, Illinois police were informed. reported. His car was outside, and his wallet and keys were inside the house.

Jennifer had reported Richard missing in August 2022. It was only on December 11th, 2022 that Jennifer found Richard’s body in a closet. Jennifer went into the closet to search for a bag that held the Christmas decorations.
