According to these sources, Port Authority officials were alerted to a disorderly person disembarking from a plane, who turned out to be Riddle. When confronted by the police, Riddle reportedly appeared apologetic and non-confrontational. No police report was filed, and everyone involved was allowed to leave.
These conflicting accounts have left Port Authority stunned, prompting them to initiate an internal investigation into the incident.
